Workshop and Fabrication Facilities

SASEEQ has its own workshop facility located in 2nd Industrial City, Dammam. This facility spans around 7500 sq. mtr. area housing all necessary requirements to make it a complete unit for all needs of storage, fabrication, Repair, painting, assembly, test and inspection activities. This facility is the operational base for all the Construction and Service/Maintenance activities of SASEEQ.

Formal maintenance contracts are tailored to meet individual needs that may range from an annual service visit to permanently manned sites. Service agreements cover all types of fixed fire protection and detection systems and portable fire extinguishers. In addition, we provide system inspections, audits and status reports.

Room Integrity Test

We at SASEEQ provide Room Integrity Test services using specialized state-of-the-art equipment and Certified Personnel, Room Integrity Test has been mandated by NFPA 2001, as part of the acceptance for all Fire Suppression Systems, The test measures any leakage from an Enclosure/Room and ensures there is enough gaseous agent remaining to protect the facility in case of fire.
